Norm Andross is the president of Andross & Associates, an organization offering a range of consulting services in strategic planning, organizational development, and technology management. His professional experience includes a background in both engineering and psychology. Norm has held vice president and general management positions in manufacturing, engineering marketing, and finance for Oak Industries, General Dynamics, Carlisle Corporation, Hughes Aircraft and Gulton Industries. He also has an international background having established and managed electronic manufacturing facilities in Japan , Korea , and Taiwan . Larry Gonzales has a B.S. San Diego State university, an M.B.A. University of Dallas. He is currently the CEO of EIS an asset management and venture capital firm; and has held numerous positions as an executive for Fortune 500 companies. In 1998 was awarded the "Outstanding Instructor for Graduate Business" by the University of Phoenix . He currently is Chair of Graduate finance and Lead Faculty University of Phoenix. Rob Shaffer received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Education from the University of California , Los Angeles and a Master of Literary History from the University of California , San Diego . Currently, he is an instructor at the American Language Institute and at San Diego City College . He has done corporate training for twenty-six years and has taught graduate and undergraduate university courses around the USA for over twenty years. His clients include American Airlines, Braniff International, Western Union, In-Flight Phone Corporation, and DEVCOR. With these and other clients, Dr. Becker focuses on future oriented programs related to new product development research, services, promotions, and creative thinking.Tim has extensive experience in the service industry and known for his innovative thinking and management. Tiffany Moon, B.A.
Language Instructor at the American Language Institute

Tiffany Moon is an ESL, multiple-language and dialect instructor, as well as an instructor of music and dance and a performing lyric coloratura soprano and Scandinavian psaltery artist. As a child, she participated in gifted and experimental educational programs and completed her secondary education at one of the United States elite schools. She received her BA in Music and Linguistics from San Diego State University , where she was dialect coach for and performed in several productions of the SDSU Opera Theater.
For over ten years, Ms. Moon has been actively involved in the fine-arts community throughout the country and internationally. She has been affiliated with organizations such as San Diego Opera, the San Diego Early Music Society, Los Angeles Opera, San Francisco Opera, the Metropolitan Opera, the Raag and Taal Academy , Kanteleliitto, the National Endowment for the Arts and the Center for World Music. She has also founded and chaired or co-chaired musical organizations such as Encore ! Kantele Organization of North America, and judged various local musical performances. Today, her contact with the fine-arts community continues to include regular encounters with the many layers of Southern Californian society, particularly during the upcoming opera season, through performances, parties and charity events.

Margit Dupree, M.A.
Writing Instructor at the American Language Institute

Margit, with degrees in French and Applied Linguistics, has taught at the American Language Institute since 1993. She has extensive experience in developing listening and vocabulary materials using videos, especially for advanced classes. In addition, she has been teaching writing to non-native speakers of English since 1990. Margit has strong experience in writing assessment. Her instructional focus is on assisting her students to develop their editing skills and clarity of expression. She has lived and worked in both London and Paris .

Joel Ortiz, M.A.
Instructor at the American Language institute

Joel has a B.A. in linguistics (first major) and Spanish linguistics (second major) as well as M.A. in applied linguistics/ESL from San Diego State University . He has been an instructor for 14 years.

His teaching experience includes grammar, American culture, and writing courses at various levels. Joel is in the process of writing two textbooks, and he has written grammar tests for the G-TELP exams. In addition to teaching, he produces videos, publishes his photography, and teaches multimedia production to students and teachers.

Jim E. Warne, M.S.

American Indian Rehabilitation (PET-AIR)

Jim is a member of the Oglala (Sioux) tribe. He was earned a B.S. from Arizona State University and an M.S. from San Diego State University . Since 1993, Jim has been a Human Resource Development Specialist at SDSU. He is the former Co-Director of the Sycuan Inter-Tribal Vocational Rehabilitation Program. He also has been a coordinator and trainer with the Dine and Oyate Projects with Western Washington University 's Center for Continuing Education in Rehabilitation. Jim has worked with the Navajo Nation abd was the coordinator for the Circle of Support Project at the American Indian Rehabilitation Research and Training Center of Northern Arizona University.

Currently, Jim is coordinating the Post Employment Training-American Indian Rehabilitation (PET-AIR) Project and working as a trainer for RCEP IX. He is also a contracted consultant trainer for the American Indian Disability Technical Assistance Center (AIDTAC) administered through the University of Montana .

He was a former Vice-president for the Consortia of Administrators for Native American Rehabilitaion (CANAR). Jim has been involved as a motivational speaker for his accomplishments in professional football and Hollywood TV and movie acting with coinciding academic and professional accomplishment.

Attorney
Robert has a bachelor's degree in government, a Master's degree in applied linguistics/TESOL, and a Doctorate in law. He is licensed as an attorney by the United States Federal District Court and by the State of California . His law practice specialty is in insurance contracts and civil litigation. He has taught law and language at universities both the United States and in Europe . Robert is currently a professor at Southwestern College .

Patricia worked for over twenty years in retail, academic and telecommunications organizations before opening her own consulting business in 1995. She has a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and is well grounded in the theory of human behavior at work. In addition, she held management positions in three companies, and thus "speaks the language" of upper management.

Dr. Addesso's specialty is organizational development and change. She has been involved in managing mergers, acquisitions, and other large-scale organizational changes. She is currently involved in projects such as strategic planning and helping organizations through executive transitions. She has conducted numerous presentations and workshops on various topics including: conflict resolution, stress management, and life-long learning.
